I would really like to thank Kirsty at the office and Johny’s installation team for their fast and professional service to assist us outside their normal operational time frames to pick up the hot water system from the manufacturer and deliver our installation in our time of need.Service like this is not the norm anymore and other companies should take this level of service as a benchmark.

Just saying thanks for the new hot water system. Bevan seems to have done a fine job in installing it. You have certainly made our life easier by fitting us in at such short notice. The tempering valve was in fact green and recently fitted so it is good that we made that adjustment.

You recently installed a hot water system for me. I would like to compliment the two plumbers who installed the system, and the electrician who completed the wiring connection.
The plumbers, whose names I regret I cannot remember – but who will be in your record, were friendly, professional, and very competent. They finished the installation neatly, without collateral damage, and left the site clean and tidy. Above all, they were pleasant to deal with, good at their job, and a credit to themselves and your company.
The electrician too was meticulous about catching wire and insulation waste, leaving nothing to be cleaned up later. His electrical work was completed with skill and attention to detail.

I purchased a New Hot Water System from you, and one of your employees called Steve did the install. Having dealt with numerous Tradespeople over the last few months, I was so pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail cleanliness of the jobsite and the professional install and neat workmanship your company provided.

Having been involved in the building game for over 20 years, as I am currently renovating my own home, my current experience with most of the tradespeople I have dealt with has been far from satisfying to say the least, e.g.: Untidy workmanship, Unprofessional and absolutely no Customer Service. Your company namely your employee Steve, provided exceptional Service and by far exceeded what I would consider my minimum standards.

Hi There

Just wanted to pass on some great feedback. Had a toilet blockage this morning and called you guys at 10:30am to organise a plumber.

By 12pm the plumber (Bevan) turned up. Found Bevan to be really professional and friendly – fixed the problem quickly and I was back at work by 1pm. Was really impressed with the speedy turnaround and the great attitude of the staff (from the receptionist I booked with & Bevan) Service can be pretty shocking these days so thanks guys will definitely be recommending to friends.

This afternoon we called Salmon Plumbing to assist with a broken down pipe on our property, Brett took the call and came out within the hour.

In this day and age it is very easy to complain about poor service, and rarely do we acknowledge good service. Today is Good Friday – most people are relaxing and enjoying their Easter break. It would have been half understandable if the service we received today was standard if not sub-standard. But Brett’s prompt arrival, thorough advice, and professional service has prompted us to email you and acknowledge good service.

We now have a fixed down pipe, and your business card handy to call should we require a plumber in the future.
