Salmon Plumbing Guarantee to ARRIVE ON TIME to your scheduled appointment.

In the rare instance that your plumber has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we promise to give you a MINIMUM 30-minutes notice of ANY change in arrival time and will offer to reschedule, if that’s more convenient for you

If we don’t give you at least 30 minutes notice in advance, we will happily give you a FREE Hour of Service on your plumbing job.

This offer is not to be used with any other offer.

Does not apply to quoted jobs.

Discounts will not be applied to overdue amounts.

Deposits

Deposits are not refundable however partial or total refunds of deposits may be made at the sole discretion of Salmon Plumbing.

Cancellations

Salmon Plumbing reserve the right to charge for lost time as a result of cancellations and or postponement made less than 2 business days from the scheduled appointment time.

Warranties

Salmon Plumbing offers a 6 and half year warranty as per the Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC).

Hi, I’m Mitch and I started with Salmon Plumbing in August 2022.

I have worked in a variety of industries over the years including Property Management, Automotive Service & Sales, Transport & Logistics and now Plumbing.

My role here at Salmon Plumbing is Admin & Scheduling. I enjoy the challenges of juggling the administration side of things like invoicing and ordering stock with co-ordinating tradesmen, contractors and suppliers to ensure we’re delivering the highest standard of service and value possible to our clients.

When not in the office with the team I like to spend time with friends, whether that be having a fire and BBQ at home or exploring anywhere from the coast to the mountains.

Salmon plumbing were able to respond to our request on the same day even though our issue was not an emergency.

The tradesman turned up on time and fixed our shower pressure issue quickly, as well as installing a new sink waste which we requested while on site. Additionally they fixed an overflow for the sink that had not been installed at all by the builder during renovations. Everything was cleaned up and left tidy.
