As Plumbing and sanitary service are important to community health we consider ourselves to be frontline workers.

In response to community health concerns, we have had some of our customers inquire as to our practices and procedures around Covid 19.

We are taking these measures to ensure that we are able to safely service your needs during this period of disruption.

We can reassure you of the following:

  1. None of our plumbers have been overseas in the last 3 months.
  2. None of our plumbers have shown symptoms of the Corona Virus.
  3. None of our team members have been in close contact with someone who has shown symptoms of the COVID-19 coronavirus.

As plumbers many of the tasks we perform place us at higher risk of
contracting the virus, namely clearing of drains and work in bathrooms,
therefore we have been proactive in protecting our workers and customers by taking the following measures:

  1. Issuing all our team members with appropriate PPE equipment including additional masks, hand sanitizer, and soaps;
  2. Training our team in the correct procedure to use this equipment in the current environment;
  3. Refresher training our team members in the cleaning of work areas before and after jobs especially when working on drains and in wet areas;
  4. Issuing our staff with additional cleaning and sanitary products including alcohol-based cleaners;
  5. Training our staff on social distancing in the workplace and at our customer’s properties.

When booking jobs we will also ask if you or anyone at the property may be in a high-risk category.

We will deliver our service with a smile, but abstain from handshakes for everyone’s protection.

We are ready to take your bookings. If you’re working from home and have a list of plumbing maintenance jobs that need attending, please give us a call.

Thank you for your support during this time. Ph: 07 3862 2600.
