20th June 2021 Rod’s Kitchens

5 Blue Eagle Drive MEADOWBROOK QLD

To all the staff and contractors

We thank you very much for all the work everyone has put in to making our new kitchen come to life.

We started our journey in mid, October 2020 with a tour of your showroom and with preliminary discussions about what we were looking for in a kitchen.

Roll on early 2021 and with final sign off of the kitchen plan, demolition and removal of our old kitchen and internal structural redesign, we waited for the new kitchen manufacture and installation.

Mid -March saw the new kitchen cabinetry installed followed by plumbing and electrical supply. Mid- April and we finally have our brand new kitchen. FANTASTIC.

All of the processes that Rod’s, have in place to make things happen is run smoothly. They do everything, including the co-ordination of tradespeople inside and outside of the company operation. My wife and I decided to use all of Rod’s subcontractors and we found them all top quality. They respected our home by taking off their shoes when we had our new floor laid and tidying up after themselves. Their work was first class and their attention to detail made us feel confident that the finished project would be a top quality product.

Everyone hears about the “cowboys” and everyone, hears the good stories as well, but to expand on this I would like to say the following. Customers need to be aware, that despite all the best intentions, not all things go to plan. Like a lot of people completing renovations, we had some hiccups along the way. We found that Rod’s Kitchens delivered on their advertised promises and rectified any issues that were brought to their attention.

The measure of a good business is HOW they respond to issues/problems. In this regard we have nothing but praise for the professional way in which Rod’s responded and how they went about putting things back on track.

It was also good to see the good working relationship between Rod’s Kitchens and their subcontractors and it was a pleasure to see them work together for their clients.

Finally, we would like to thank everyone involved with our kitchen including but not limited to: Steve West and Tony Cook — Builders

Kevin- Plasterer

Marvin and Sonny and Rod — Electricians from QLD Wiring Co Salmon Plumbing

Brisbane Glass splashbacks
